- The promotion begins on January 9, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 3, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
- Weekly Winners will be drawn randomly on January 14, 21, 28 and February 3 of 2012. Grand Prize Winner will be announced on February 5, 2012. All winners will be contacted by the corporate offices of East Coast Wings + Grill. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
- Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred and there will be no cash alternatives. Except where prohibited, all winners to collect their prize must execute an Affidavit/Release and consent to use of the winner’s name, hometown and state and any images taken in photographs or video, for the promotional purposes of East Coast Wings + Grill.
- Taxes, if applicable, on any prizes awarded hereunder shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- This give-away is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Rhode Island, and Florida), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Additionally, the give-away is closed to employees of East Coast Wings + Grill and their direct family and household members.
