To start, our order was messed up REPEATEDLY, wrong sides more than once. Then we got food with literal pieces of cloth in them, the manager was a condescending little weasel. He told us basically we are overreacting and he’s more relaxed out to eat than us cause he understands how it is in a restaurant; just so we’re clear having literal strings and cloth in your food is not business as usual. So now for the more inconvenient part over just plain gross and rude. The waitress told my fiancé he could get three flavors because it’s one flavor every five wings but then charged us extra, this issue there is she could have said that instead of telling him he can get whatever flavors but not telling him of a charge. The biggest issue is even tho the meal i got that had cloth from what he said was “from a cleaning rag” was taken off he was extremely condescending about it instead of apologizing, he made it seem like I was dramatic for not wanting to pay for his cross contaminated slop. Only reason it gets a star at all is because the waitress was kind, not informative but kind. I love east coast but I’ll drive the extra miles to go to any other one besides this one.
