East Coast Wings + Grill team raises awareness for Cystic Fibrosis by donating 10% of their sales on April 23, 2011 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and also by collecting donations in store. East Coast Wings + Grill also formed a team and took part of the Great Strides walk in Tanglewood Park Winston-Salem on April 30th and feed all the walkers (800-1,000 people). Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of about 30,000 children and adults in the United States (70,000 worldwide).
