1. SPONSOR
The Tag Your Tailgate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by East Coast Wings Corp, 100 Cambridge Plaza Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27104 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, franchise owners, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.
Void outside the eligible states and where prohibited by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 8, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, participants must:
- Post a photo showing their “tailgate” experience to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok,
- Include the hashtag #TagYourTailgate, and
- Tag @eastcoastwings in the post or story.
Each qualifying post counts as one (1) entry. Participants may submit multiple entries by posting additional photos, provided each entry complies with these Official Rules.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Standard data and internet access charges may apply. Entries that do not comply with these rules, or that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the Sweepstakes theme, may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within approximately ten (10) days following the Promotion Period’s end.
Winners will be notified by direct message (DM) on the social media platform used to enter and asked to provide a valid email address for prize delivery.
If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. PRIZES
Each winner will receive a $500 East Coast Wings + Grill electronic gift card (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 each).
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500.
Gift cards are redeemable at all East Coast Wings + Grill locations. Gift cards do not expire, though some restrictions may apply.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. RIGHTS GRANTED BY PARTICIPANTS
By entering, participants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, publish, and display their name, likeness, photograph, and submitted content (including social media posts, captions, and images) in any media now known or later developed for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
10. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.
All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, participants’ rights, and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
You understand that you are providing your information to East Coast Wings Corp, not to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
