Missing half of order, food we did receive was burnt and taste horrible. Called for refund of missing food and worst customer service ever. Were repeatedly hung up on, refused to all us to speak to a manager. HORRIBLE!!

East Coast Wings & Grill in Mocksville has consistently been a great spot in my experience. The food has always been reliable — flavorful, well-prepared, and a solid value for what you get. Service has also been consistently strong. The staff are attentive and genuinely seem focused on making sure customers are taken care of.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, especially around the bar area. It’s a good place to sit back, watch a game, and spend time with friends without feeling rushed.
I’ve visited many times and the experience has remained consistently positive. For this type of casual restaurant, it delivers exactly what you hope for: good food, friendly service, and an easygoing environment that keeps you coming back.

First off I called in my order to be ready when I got there because I had alot to do. I get to ECW and my order was mad with HOT HEAT..I had just ordered regular flavor no heat. The friendly girl at the registrar said they could remake them. Well me, knowing how many hungry people in this world didn't want the food to go to waste so I said look if I have plenty of Ranch and Bleu cheese I'll take them but not for full price. The manager hatefully says all I can do is give u 2 dollars off or remake them. 😆 ok so ur gonna give me 2.00 off or throw them away and make new ones? Makes no sense. I said I called in convenience and it would be an inconvenience to have to wait longer. I told her I would just go to RAY RAYS CHICKEN SHACK DOWN THE ROAD BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY FOOD. HECK IF SOMETHING IS WRONG THEY ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT. IF YOU WONT GOOD SERICE THEN DONT GO TO ECW in mocksville evidently they would rather throw food away then work with the customer.
