Breast Cancer Awareness Month
All East Coast Wings + Grill location took part in raising awareness for Breast Cancer month in October 2010 by holding a ‘Give Back’ night where 10% of net proceeds were given to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Cystic Fibrosis 2010
East Coast Wings + Grill participates in the Great Strides walk at Tanglewood Park in Winston-Salem. All East Coast Wings + Grill location participated in raising money for the foundation.
Cystic Fibrosis 2009
East Coast Wings + Grill feed all walkers at the 2008 Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides walk at Tanglewood Park in Winston-Salem. All location took part in raising money for the foundation. East Coast Wings + Grill plans on continuing their partnership with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and will continue to raise money throughout the year.
