I’ve been a customer here for a long time and usually really enjoy the food, but lately consistency has been disappointing.

There have been multiple instances of incorrect or incomplete orders, including missing items from paid orders and portions not matching what is normally served. What made this most frustrating wasn’t just the mistakes themselves, but hearing management speaking to staff in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and questioning over something as simple as a missing side of fries and whether the receipt had “actually been seen.”

Mistakes can happen, but the pattern combined with how it’s handled makes the experience feel less than professional. Loyal customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being treated as an inconvenience for expecting the order they paid for. The staff has been so friendly and helpful but management here feels off.

I really hope this location takes a closer look at consistency and how issues are handled moving forward.

I called for a takeout order and ordered 5 boneless wings and extra crispy chips along with other things. I got home and realized I was given 5 overcooked bone in wings and soggy fries. I called to explain the issue and see what could be done since I'm over 30 minutes away from this location. I was told by the manager that the only way for me to get this resolved is if I brought the food back. I explained that's kind of out of the way and I just want this refunded. She proceeded to tell me I could bring it in whenever, it didn't have to be today it could be this weekend if I wanted but she could not do anything for me till I returned the food. I proceeded to ask well I'm having to bring back food that was wrong just to get a refund on these items. Not the whole order! She said I packed that personally so I know it was exactly as the ticket said. I said that's fine and I'm not arguing that but it's not what I originally asked for. So needless to say always check your food before you go! 🙃

specified our table had a SEVERE CELERY ALLERGY and waitress brought a tray of celery straight to the table, couldn’t risk eating after that cancelled and left. heads up if you have allergies
