When we walked in, there was no one at the front. After waiting, two employees finally came up but stood there debating who was going to help us instead of greeting us. Even then, one continued using his phone before eventually seating us.
Once we were seated, we were completely ignored. Multiple servers made eye contact with us but never came over to take our order. After sitting there for quite some time, the bartender was the only one who stepped in and helped us.
The lack of basic customer service and attention is disappointing. I understand places get busy, but being ignored and watching staff avoid helping customers is unacceptable.
