East Coast Wings + Grill rolled out a new prototype for its rapidly-increasing number of new locations. The brand plans to multiply, with a plan in place to have 200 units open from the current 36 in the next five years. In order to continue to appeal to long-time customers as well as entice new guests, the restaurant design and kitchen layout have been updated to accommodate the growing menu variety and demographic variety of clientele.
