East Coast Wings + Grill High Point Game Day Giveaway

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The East Coast Wings + Grill High Point Game Day Giveaway (“Promotion”) will take place during seventeen (17) designated NFL regular-season weekends.

Entries will be accepted only on Saturdays and Sundays during regular business hours at the participating East Coast Wings + Grill location at:

East Coast Wings + Grill – North Main

2900 N. Main Street                      

High Point, NC 27265

Each Saturday and Sunday promotional period constitutes a separate weekly entry period. A random drawing will be held on the following Monday for that week’s prize.

#2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the participating East Coast Wings + Grill location, its franchisee, East Coast Wings + Grill corporate employees, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and both methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.

A. Entry With Purchase

During an eligible Saturday or Sunday, guests may receive entries based on the number of wings purchased (dine in or to-go) in a single qualifying transaction:

Purchase 50–99 wings: 1 entry

Purchase 100–149 wings: 2 entries

Purchase 150–199 wings: 3 entries

Purchase 200 or more wings: 4 entries

A maximum of four (4) entries per person per promotional weekend is permitted, regardless of the number or size of transactions. Not valid on third party orders.

B. Free Entry – No Purchase Necessary

During an eligible Saturday or Sunday, any eligible individual may visit the participating East Coast Wings + Grill location during regular business hours and request free entries from a team member.

No purchase, payment, or restaurant order is required.

An individual may receive up to four (4) free entries per promotional weekend, the same maximum number of entries available through the purchase method.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Each entry must include the entrant’s first and last name and valid telephone number and/or email address so the potential winner can be contacted.

There is a maximum of four (4) entries per person per promotional weekend, regardless of method of entry or combination of entry methods.

For example, an entrant who receives two entries through a qualifying purchase may obtain no more than two additional free entries during that promotional weekend.

Entries are valid only for the drawing immediately following the weekend in which they were submitted and do not carry over into future weekly drawings.

5. WEEKLY DRAWINGS

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random each Monday from all eligible entries received during the immediately preceding Saturday and Sunday promotional period.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided on the winning entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 48 hours after the first attempted notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

6. PRIZES

A total of seventeen (17) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion — one (1) prize for each weekly drawing.

Each weekly prize consists of:

One (1) 50-inch television

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each television: $300

Total ARV of all seventeen prizes: *5,100

The exact television brand and model may vary. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning a weekly prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that week’s drawing.

8. PRIZE CLAIM

Winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification demonstrating eligibility before receiving a prize.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

The winner will not be required to make a purchase or incur any expense in order to receive the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry or drawing process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries in excess of the permitted limit, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration of the Promotion.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state for purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the Promotion without additional compensation.
