What if your flavor idea made it onto our menu?

We’re not kidding.

This year, we’re putting our menu in your hands with the Fan Flavor Showdown – your chance to create the next great wing flavor at East Coast Wings + Grill.

And yes… there’s $2,500 on the line.

It Starts With You

We’ve built our reputation on bold, craveable flavors – but we know the best ideas don’t just come from our kitchen.

They come from you.

So we’re inviting guests to submit their original flavor ideas for a chance to:

  • Win $2,500
  • See their flavor featured on our menu (psst – we’re launching a new one this fall!)
  • Earn serious bragging rights every time someone orders it

Got something sweet with heat? Smoky and bold? Totally unexpected?

We want it.

How It Works

We’re keeping it simple…but making it fun.

Step 1: Submit Your Flavor

From April 27 through May 8, you can submit your original wing flavor idea through our official entry form.

Give it a name. Describe the ingredients. Tell us what makes it different.

Step 2: We Choose the Top 3

Our team will review all submissions and select three finalists based on:

  • Creativity
  • Flavor appeal
  • Fit with our menu

These are the flavors we’ll bring to life.

Step 3: You Decide the Winner

Starting May 19, the Top 3 flavors will be available exclusively in the ECW+G app for a limited time.

Here’s the twist:
Every order counts as a vote.

The flavor that sells the most wins.

The Winning Flavor

We’ll announce the winner on National Chicken Wing Day – and that’s when things really get fun.

  • The winning flavor will be FREE that day only
  • It will earn a permanent spot on our menu this fall

Not bad for an idea that started with you.

Why the App?

We’re making the finalist flavors available only in the app to give our biggest fans early access – and to make voting easy.

If you haven’t downloaded it yet and become a Taste the Rewards member… now’s a good time.

What Makes a Great Flavor?

We’re looking for something that stands out.

Think:

  • Bold flavor combinations
  • Balanced taste (sweet, heat, savory, etc.)
  • Something you’d order again and again

The more specific you are, the better we can bring it to life.

ECW+G Fan Flavor Showdown – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility

The Fan Flavor Showdown is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older. Employees of East Coast Wings + Grill, its franchisees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from April 27, 2026 through May 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time).

3. How to Enter

Participants must submit an original flavor idea via the official entry form, including:

  • Flavor name
  • Description of ingredients and/or flavor profile

Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Judging + Finalists

All eligible entries will be reviewed by ECW+G. Three (3) finalists will be selected based on:

  • Creativity
  • Flavor appeal
  • Brand fit

Finalists will be announced the week of May 18, 2026.

5. Voting + Winner Selection

The three finalist flavors will be available for purchase through the ECW+G app from May 18 through June 26, 2026.

The flavor with the highest sales during this period will be declared the winner.

6. Prize

The winner will receive:

  • $2,500 cash prize
  • Their flavor featured on the ECW+G menu

Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on National Chicken Wing Day (July 29, 2026).

8. Rights + Usage

By entering, participants grant ECW+G the right to:

  • Use, modify, reproduce and sell submitted flavor ideas
  • Use participant name and submission for promotional purposes

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the stated prize.

9. General Conditions

ECW+G reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify incomplete or inappropriate entries
  • Modify or cancel the promotion if necessary
